Scholarships and Bursaries - Further Details
Scholarships. A small number of academic, art, music and sports scholarships are awarded each year, which attract a reduction in fees of between 10%-33%. Entry into the Academic Scholarship is automatic for those entering the main Entrance Assessment day.
Bursaries. In addition to the Scholarship awards, parents can apply for a Bursary. This is a means-tested application where household income and expenditure will need to be declared. To request a Bursary Application Pack email Mrs Gibson, Deputy Bursar: amg@thegreggschools.org.

The Gregg School is situated to the east of Southampton and set in 23 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The School has a unique family atmosphere and an excellent reputation for its outstanding pastoral care. A high value is placed on identifying and developing each child’s individual talents and abilities, and small classes, taught by experienced and dedicated staff, ensure that every student has the opportunity to achieve their very best.
A broad and balanced curriculum is supplemented by a wide range of extracurricular clubs and activities, ranging from orienteering to yoga, bouldering, first aid and the Duke of Edinburgh award.
The School’s music and drama departments provide a host of opportunities for students to perform to a range of audiences, and the School regularly achieves success in sporting disciplines at both city and county level.
A comprehensive transport service is provided for students living within a 15-mile radius of the School.
Our Trust Partner, The Gregg Preparatory School, offers a high-quality educational experience for children aged 4–11.
