Greenfield School is an academically non-selective, co-educational school and nursery for children aged from 6 months to 11 years. We aim to offer every possible opportunity for children to reach their full potential and recognise that all children have talents and strengths in many different areas. We are proud of our academic and non-academic successes and have a strong track record of achieving scholarships to a wide range of senior schools for music, art, sport, drama and academic excellence.
In 2022, Greenfield School was awarded the TES Prep School of the Year title. This national recognition places Greenfield amongst the top schools in the country and shines a light on the school’s contemporary approach to education.
With just two forms per year group, Greenfield is able to offer ‘big school’ facilities and functionality alongside ‘small school’ ethos and pastoral care. This magic combination helps us to attract superb staff and create enviably small teaching groups, whilst also allowing the children the freedom to learn and experience new things with greater independence.
Occupying an impressive purpose-built building on a green and leafy site close to Woking town centre, Greenfield strikes the perfect balance between modern-day facilities and the great British countryside. The school has its own sports hall, drama & dance studio, music recital space, soundproof practice rooms, multimedia suite, breakout spaces, art studio, design & technology room, science lab, stage, gymnasium, and numerous bright, airy classrooms. Outside, two netball courts and two Forest Schools complement the large playing fields and playground areas.
